Send your device in for repair

Please include your name, email address, and phone number on a piece of paper inside the parcel, together with your device.

Before sending your device, please make sure it is switched off, securely packaged, and sent using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for any additional damage caused during transit.

Once we receive your device, we will book it in, inspect it, and provide you with a repair quotation. We will contact you first by phone or email. At the same time, we will send you a repair link so you can make a deposit payment online.

After the repair is completed, we will send you a final payment request, if applicable. Once payment has been received, we will return your device to you, and we will cover the return postage.

If your device is found to be beyond repair, you may choose to have us scrap and recycle it.

If your device is not repairable and you would like it returned, we will send you a payment request for the return postage. This is a fixed fee of GBP 5 for small parcels and GBP 10 for large parcels.

Please note that all quotations and payment requests must be accepted and paid within 21 days.
